I have a question regarding Vista and Slave drives.

Ive tried to get Vista to be a Slave on 4 different computers. The BIOS would not read Vista as a Slave. However, when I run Vista, XP is my Slave and the BIOS reads it as such, but the BIOS won’t read it the other way around. My ¿ is has anyone been able to configure the BIOS so Vista is a slave? And if so, how?
