Spyware and viruses can be difficult to delete. Often times when you locate spyware on your computer and try to delete the file you get the following error: “Cannot delete file: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.” There is an easy way to remove these files.

On Christmas day, the number of bots tracked by the Shadowserver group dropped nearly 20 percent. The dramatic decrease in weekly totals–from more than 500,000 infected systems to less than 400,000 computers–puzzled researchers.

This card, much like its older brothers, is an excellent all around card for a the user needing an multimedia card that can also be used for gaming. To boil it down, this card has it all. It is too bad that this will be the last of a breed that has dominated the multimedia market with such force that all rivals were laughed off of the market…

Vista launched today, and the new OS promises (eventually) to give gamers a whole new world with DirectX 10. The article goes into some of DX10’s offerings and why it will be great for developers, and therefore gamers. It’s a bit of a technical read, but very interesting.
