Every seen a CPU Cooler uses multiple TECs (also called peltiers) to help chill the liquid coolant running through it? This eliminates the need for a radiator and increases thermal capacity and provides for faster heat absorption at the source. This thing cooled an Intel Core 2 Duo below air temperature during testing! (18C is damn cool for a CPU)
